The ones we can't skip

These simply make the site work, so they're always on:

• Remembering your answer here - so we don't keep nagging you with the cookie banner.

The optional one - only if you're happy with it

• Google Analytics - it counts visits and page views so we can see what people actually use and make the site better. It's anonymous - it can't tell that it's you. It switches on only after you hit Accept, and never if you don't.

Changed your mind? No problem - hit Reject and nothing breaks. Turning off analytics is the only thing that happens; signing in, posting, notifications and support all work exactly the same.
